Service Eligibility Requirements

Our financial planning subscription service is available to individuals aged 18 and older who can enter into legally binding agreements.

By subscribing, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Subscriber Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Attend scheduled consultations or provide reasonable notice for rescheduling
• Pay subscription fees on time according to your chosen plan
• Use our service only for legitimate financial planning purposes
• Respect the confidentiality of consultation content and proprietary methods
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information

Prohibited Uses and Activities

You may not use our service for any of the following purposes:

• Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws and regulations
• Providing false or misleading information during consultations
• Recording consultations without explicit written permission
• Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary methods
• Using information obtained for competing business purposes
• Harassing, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff members
• Circumventing payment systems or attempting to avoid subscription fees

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, methods, materials, and intellectual property provided through our service remain the exclusive property of Sorinavoltex Financial Services Sdn Bhd.

This includes consultation frameworks, analysis tools, proprietary methods, and all written or electronic materials provided to subscribers.

Subscribers receive limited rights to use materials for personal financial planning purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content.

Subscriber Information and Content

Information you provide during consultations remains your property, but you grant us necessary rights to use this information for providing our services.

You license us to use your information for consultation purposes, service improvement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided and must ensure you have rights to share any information discussed.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription service with appropriate notice as specified in your subscription plan.

Upon termination, access to consultations and materials will cease, though previously provided information may be retained for regulatory compliance.
